HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks. Processing time is the time it takes for us to fulfill your order. It does not include shipping times. Once processed, all orders are shipped via USPS standard mail. USPS shipping time is typically 3-5 business days. However, there may be delays especially during the holidays. Please be aware that there have been extreme delays in shipping due to COVID-19.
THE STATUS ON MY ORDER IS "PRE-TRANSIT", WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
We only print labels on the day that a package will be dropped off at the post office. Pre-transit indicates that a shipping label was purchased and your package has been shipped. The status on your package my remain pre-transit until the package label is scanned by the post office and is entered into their tracking system. This process can take up to 7 business days.
WHAT IF TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE DELIVERED, BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE?
Please contact your local post office with the tracking information. We are unable to locate missing or misdelivered mail. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that have been marked delivered.
CAN I CANCEL OR COMBINE MY ORDERS?
Due to the credit card and transaction processing fees incurred once orders are placed, we cannot cancel or combine orders.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Due to the new VAT collection rules, we only offer international shipping through our Etsy shop. Feel free to message us at scheduledplanners@gmail.com if you're interested in placing an international order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the items are damaged or defective. Please contact us at scheduledplanners@gmail.com within 14 days if there is a problem with your order. For more details regarding returns, please refer to our return policy.
